Officers Quarters On The Waterfront

Officers Quarters is a slightly smaller version of Captains Quarters with many of the same amenities.  Sitting on the West side of Hwy 1 in Bodega Bay, it is the center unit of this triplex.  Officers is 1000 sq ft. and has its own private full sized deck, with outdoor furniture and a stainless steel barbeque.  It offers the same views as Captains of the marine life on the Bay and obviously, all the sounds are the same.  The beauty of life on the Bay really shines at night, with the flashing lights, boats and foghorns.
 
Entering Officers, you are greeted by the views of the Bay to the West and framed original comic strips (some as old as 100 years) on the living room walls to the East.  Hardwood floors throughout this unit, take you to the dining area and fully stocked kitchen.  The living room has a 50" tv wired for cable, internet and dvd's.  Both bedrooms have tv's and dvd players  The bathroom is modern and the shower has xlnt water pressure.
 
In the main bedroom, has several original lobby cards from movies shot in San Francisco and there is a very unique desk.  It's from the 30's and belonged to one of the wardens of San Quentin.  All drawers can be padlocked.
 
Officers Quarters offers a quiet and unique place to live and enjoy all the pleasures of living on the Bay.  There is a community spa and use of 2 single passenger kayaks plus a private dock and a private beach.  There is a firepit on the deck of the dock. There is a private parking space.  Officers is completely furnished, cable and internet ready.
